Ramai yang terkesan daripada wabak Covid19 ini. Ada yang secara langsung dan ada secara tidak langsung. Tapi secara langsung ramai yang terkesan sebenarnya terutama golongan B40 dan M40 terutama dari segi kewangan. Ramai peniaga kecil dan pasar malam terkesan apabila perintah kawalan pergerakan dilaksanakan.
Banyak perniagaan terpaksa ditutup semasa perintah ini dilaksanakan secara tidak langsung punca pendapatan mereka semua tertutup. Ada juga golongan yang bekerja juga tidak mendapat gaji penuh kerana majikan tidak dapat membayar gaji mereka. Majikan tidak dapat menjana keuntungan untuk membayar gaji pekerja mereka.
Ini secara tidak langsung ramai yang tidak dapat membayar komitmen bulanan mereka kepada bank terutama pinjaman rumah dan pinjaman kereta. Ini belum termasuk lagi pinjaman bank untuk kembangkan perniagaan masing-masing. Memang ramai terjejas akibat virus Covid 19.
Jika tempoh Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan dilanjutkan lagi, semakin ramai yang akan terjejas. Baru 2 minggu kawalan pun ramai yang terkesan. Bayangkan kalau ia dilanjutkan sehingga sebulan. Berapa ramai pula yang terkesan.
Di bawah ini saya kongsikan beberapa bank yang telah mengumumkan bantuan untuk tangguh bayaran pinjaman mereka:
|Affin Islamic Bank Berhad||The bank offering temporary relief on financial commitments to customers affected by the Covid-19 outbreak. The offering is applicable to all financing facilities for individuals as well as business customers.|
|Agrobank||The bank offering temporary relief to the affected customer based on the following measures:
i. Depends on the customer business needs
ii. Will be specified based on current situation of the affected Corona Virus.
|Alliance Islamic Bank Berhad||The bank is extending their assistance to the affected customers by deferment of loan instalments or financing servicing, and financing/loan restructuring and rescheduling for up to six months, as well as waiver of late charges for loans or financing.|
|AmBank Islamic Berhad||The bank will offer temporary deferment or restructuring of instalment repayments for its individual and SME customers to ease the burden of its customers.|
|Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad||The bank offers up to six (6) months temporary moratorium for the monthly instalment payments of financing for affected individual or business customers.|
|Bank Muamalat Malaysia Berhad||The bank offering a temporary moratorium up to six (6) months for monthly instalment payments for affected customers and staff, and applicable to all financing facilities for individuals and businesses.|
|Bank Rakyat||The bank advised that the affected customer to go to nearest bank branches to address their financial problems as a result of the coronavirus.|
|Bank Pembangunan Malaysia Berhad||The bank will explore ways to provide assistance and support those affected, taking into consideration the specific circumstances its clients are facing.|
|Bank Simpanan Nasional||The bank announced that their customers can apply for temporary deferment to repay their financing/loans at the nearest branch just to ensure their business continuity.|
|CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad||The affected customer will be eligible for a restructuring and rescheduling of their financing/loans to ease their burden.|
|Hong Leong Islamic Bank Berhad||The bank would assist the affected customers by considering the provision of temporary relief from payment for up to six (6) months of their monthly loan and financing payments.|
|Maybank Islamic Berhad||The bank offering financial relief up to six (6) month to the affected customer. This is including restructuring and rescheduling of financing payment.
The offering would be open to both its business and SME customers as well as individuals affected by the current situation and would be assessed on a case-to-case basis.

The bank would also accommodate requests by the affected customers to restructure or reschedule their loans and financing to assist in their cash-flow situation during this difficult time.
|OCBC Al Amin Bank Berhad||The bank are offering assistance to businesses and individual customers who are financially affected by Corona Virus.
Any business having an issue with repaying their financing/loans, working capital or cash flow should feel free to discuss with the officer in charge on the matter.
|RHB Islamic Bank Berhad||The bank has offered a moratorium of up to six months for monthly instalment payments of loans and financing to the affected customers. The affected customers may also request to restructure or reschedule their loans and financing arrangements. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.|
|SME Bank||The bank offered temporary financial relief to the affected SME customers.|
|Standard Chartered Saadiq||The bank offered an interest-only payment up to six months moratorium to their affected retail and Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients.|
